First, use your calendar to remember all tasks. You wanna get tasks out of your mind and into your calendar, so that you don’t worry about them. And avoid using to-do lists. They waste time causing you to look at the same tasks over and over.

Second, set your alarm for important appointments so you don’t worry about missing them. This frees your mind to concentrate fully on the tasks at hand. And third, eliminate unnecessary distractions by emptying your email box regularly. And maintain a closed door policy. Don’t let people interrupt you without an appointment.
