Career Counseling

Sometimes people feel stuck in their careers.

When that happens, stress increases, productivity drops, and important relationships can deteriorate. And, since emotions often run high, it can be difficult to make an objective analysis of the situation.

Too often, people find themselves with no one to turn to. It may be dangerous to talk with business colleagues. Friends may be intelligent, but unprepared to offer meaningful advice. Family members may be too threatened to provide meaningful advice.

Our approach to helping you through this difficult time is to guide you through a process. It begins by considering if your frustration is based on your career or other aspects of your life. If it is your career, we help you look at the issues and decide if they can be repaired so you can stay where you are; or, if you would be better served to make a change to another environment.

If you decide to make a change, we provide you with the guidance you need to assess your options and implement the steps necessary to make a smooth transition.

We provide our counseling services on an hourly rate basis.
