Every business needs to strive for greater productivity.
But, the obstacles are significant: old habits; poor communication; fear of change; fear of failure; politics; lack of new solutions; and many others. We help our clients overcome these obstacles by providing meaningful insights into the personal benefits of productivity and by teaching practical, achievable techniques for enhancing productive behavior.
The content of our training is divided into four areas:
- Thought Management
- Time Management
- Task Management
- Team Management
Thought Management is the process of learning how to focus your thinking. It’s about choosing the topics that deserve attention. It deals with the methods for identifying new, more productive opportunities and the strategies to pursue them.
Time Management is the process of learning how to schedule both discretionary and non-discretionary activities. It also includes techniques for saving time.
Task Management is the process of learning how to prioritize. It helps people identify the most productive components of a task, as well as how to clarify the quality standards associated with each component.
Team Management is the process of learning how to delegate. It deals with motivational leadership and maximizing the productivity of two or more participants. A primary focus is to create a culture that understands and respects commitment.
Our approach is to provide a series of one-hour workshops designed to help people change their old habits and learn how to integrate new skills into their daily routines. The first workshop introduces the concepts along with a variety of homework assignments. The subsequent workshops review the concepts and move the participants toward integrating the skills. All of the programs are interactive and motivational.
