Group Marketing Meetings Via Conference Call


One of the most important marketing activities is group marketing meetings.

Group meetings motivate the participants to market more. They create an environment for sharing information which improves cross-selling and cooperation when pursuing shared prospects.

Our group meetings are generally limited to five participants plus a representative from Kohn Communications. Our hourly rate remains the same so our clients enjoy a significant per-person savings compared to one-on-one coaching. The meetings are generally conducted via conference call. So the only additional charge is the cost of the conference call for each participant. The attendees may be all the partners in a small firm, members of a department or members of a marketing team. And since the meetings are conducted via conference call, the participants can be located in different offices.

Each meeting is 45 minutes in duration. We bill an additional 15 minutes to review our notes prior to the meeting, to make additional notes after the meeting, and to plan strategies for the subsequent meeting.
