We teach our clients the skills they need to resolve conflict before it gets to the courts. Our coaches are all experienced attorneys who are also accomplished mediators. Many are also instructors of conflict resolution at universities. We are proud to be an approved Mandatory Continuing Legal Education provider for the State Bar of California in this, among other, areas of specialty.
Our clients include both in-house counsel and senior management.
Our approach is to provide a series of both workshops and/or individual coaching sessions. The program is implemented over a period of months. This way, our clients have an opportunity to practice their skills as they continue to benefit from on-going advice and support.
