Starting in 1983, we began by producing newsletters. In 1985 we began our consulting practice, facilitated group marketing and management meetings, and started offering public relations services. In 1988 we pioneered one-on-one Executive Coaching. In 1991 we began coaching via telephone. In 2002 we began facilitating group marketing meetings via conference call. In 2011 we began providing mobile applications.
